A company of “KrAZ” group, “Poltava Brake Components Plant”, sold over UAH 123,5m worth of products in January-September, up 27,7 percent from 2016. The company sold over UAH 95,6m worth of brake components (25,1 percent up from 2016) and UAH 24,4m worth of consumer goods (up 46 percent).
Export sales account for 72,5 percent of the company’s sales since the beginning of the year, where export sales of brake components account for 80,8 percent. As compared to the same period of the past year, supplies to Republic of Belarus went up 59,3 percent, to Kyrgyzstan up 65,7 percent, to Kazakhstan more than by 3 times, to Uzbekistan more than by 5 times, to Georgia more than by 6 times. The company’s products have been shipped to new customers in Moldova, Azerbaijan and Sweden. In whole, the company’s export sales for 9 months of the year grew by 36,7 percent from the same period a year ago.
It should be noted that the third quarter has been the most successful in terms of sales both as compared to the third quarter of the past year and the first and the second quarter of 2017. Total sales growth is up 56 percent from the first quarter of 2017, brake components sales growth is 42 percent, and consumer goods sales growth is 133 percent. Sales growth as compared to the second quarter of 2017 is 12 percent, with brake components sales growth of 6 percent, consumer goods sales growth of 34 percent. Total sales growth, brake components and consumer goods sales growth from the third quarter 2016 is 16 percent, 12percent and 23 percent respectively.
September has been the most fruitful month of the year. Total sales growth from September of 2016 is 5 percent, with brake components sales growth of 10 percent; total sales growth from August of 2017 is 6 percent, with brake components sales growth of 3 percent and consumer goods sales growth of 24 percent.
