Results achieved in the first quarter of 2018 by Poltava Brake Components Plant, a company of KrAZ group, show significant increase in sales up to UAH 37,5m worth of products from a year ago, with growth rate in sales of 120,2 percent.  The company sold over UAH 28,7m worth of brake components (up 12,9 percent), over UAH 7,8m worth of consumer goods (up 63 percent). Supplies to “AutoKrAZ”, flagship company of the group, went up by 20 percent as compared to the first quarter of 2017.

 Export sales account for 80,7 percent of the total amount of products shipped since the beginning of the year, with brake components accounting for 83,6 percent. The company shipped its products to new customers of Azerbaijan, Moldova, Kyrgyzstan and Sweden.

Generally, the share of products exported within three months of 2018 grew by 27,7 percent as compared to the same period of the previous year.

It should be noted that this year, both in the first quarter and in March the company achieved high sales against the same period of the past year. Sales grew by 15 percent from March 2017, with 87 percent increase in sales of consumer goods.
