PJSC AvtoKrAZ joined “The Ukrainian Pact for the sake of youth-2020”, because it is active among All-Ukrainian community of companies, develops skills and employs youth for many years. This event took place on July 21, 2017 at the forum "Business - youth: WOW effect from cooperation".
Forum Organizers are the Ministry of youth and sport of Ukraine, the Center “Development of CSR” and the UN Population Fund. The event objective is to arrange the dialogue between the companies and active youth on issues of career development, improvement and providing employment.
The Kremenchuk automobile plant is among seven leading town companies that agreed to participate in the forum, signed the Pact and looked for active youth which would like to be the part of machine-building team.
The Company’s representative presented AvtoKrAZ and its products to the audience, told potential employees about employment opportunities, vacancies, working conditions, the stimulating programs, employee benefits and so on.
In particular, it was noted nowadays the machine-building industry is short of staff; first of all, it concerns blue-collar jobs. KrAZ is not an exception. The car-building plant and the wheel plant that attended the forum with one purpose to attract youth to cooperate with them have the same situation. Unfortunately, nowadays mechanics, technicians, welders and other blue-collar jobs are out of trend. The youth would like to become lawyers, marketing specialists, sellers abroad. Now "KrAZ" has about 300 vacancies among which vast majority is blue-collar jobs.
KrAZ invites vigorous ambitious youth to become the part of the enterprise with 70-year history that is the leader of national automotive industry, the visiting card of Kremenchuk and Ukraine. "KrAZ" offers steady employment, not so high but steady source of income, friendly staff, and an opportunity to develop, get the second specialty and improve skills. Even if you have no vocational education, KrAZ experts will teach you to the chosen profession in the theory and in practice in the modern training center of our automobile plant, will provide the first place of employment, the skilled mentors. However, main and the most valuable things "KrAZ" will provide you are the possibility to get experience, learn to be responsible, disciplined and many other things that will promote further career development and considerably increase the employee's value in the labor market.
