“AutoKrAZ” participated at the 25th edition of the International Research-to-practice Conference Technology Development in Agricultural Industry. This event has been held recently in the National Research Centre Institute for Agricultural Engineering and Electrification. The conference gathered 70 representatives of the ministries, scientific institutions, higher education institutions, specialized associations, machine building companies and other interested persons, “AutoKrAZ”, the only domestic manufacturer of trucks displayed its tractor MEZ-330 developed in partnership with NRC.
The MEZ-330 is mobile power source for agricultural sector. This agricultural novelty has gained the highest award at the International Agroindustrial Exhibition Agro 2047 in June. All those present could check out the MEZ displayed as one of the last novelties developed by the institute.
The MEZ-330 tractor is based on the KrAZ-6322 off road chassis provided with PTO shaft, hydraulic equipment, additional linkage for plough and other agricultural equipment. It can be used in both transport and agricultural applications such as spreading fertilizers, working the soil, sowing, spraying crops, handling, etc. The first prototype exhibited was provided with body for spreading solid organic fertilizers that can be equipped with ploughs and other attachments.
After summarizing the conference participants signed petition to the Government concerning launch and execution of state-run target programs for development of innovative domestic vehicles for agricultural sector. “KrAZ” will continue its partnership with scientists for development of various sectors of national economy.
