The only Ukrainian B2B exhibition SIA/AutoTechService-2017 for the market of automotive service and post-sales support closed its doors on June 3 in Kiev. Exhibitors showcased spare parts to cars and trucks and equipment for post-sales support. KrAZ group companies with Kremenchug Automobile Plant at the head, manufacturers of spare parts to various trucks, participated at this exhibition.
“KrAZ”, Poltava Brake Components Plant, Kamenets-Podolskautoagregat, Autoradiator of Mariupol, Tokmak Press-Forging Plant and Kherson Propeller Shafts Plant, which has participated at this event for the first time ever, report good results of participation. As for Kherson Propeller Shafts Plant, it could find partners for purchase of torque rods, propeller shafts and other products made by the company. For PAAZ participation at the exhibition has been the most advantageous because of production of general-purpose brake components for various trucks.
Dealers, businessmen, representatives of operating companies, wholesale companies of spare parts, service centres, and individual entrepreneurs, all of them attended the booths of KrAZ group companies. Attendees were focused on original spare parts. According to them, spare parts made in compliance with good manufacturing practices on high-precision machinery in production facilities of KrAZ group companies ensure excellent compatibility and no-failure operation of KrAZ units and systems.
It should be noted that KrAZ warned many times against buying cheap spare parts offered by grey dealers. Experience has proved that tiny cost saving will sooner or later result in negative consequences because customer in the best case scenario will incur significant expenses related to replacement of vehicle units and systems after failure or long idle hours because of repairs. In the worst case scenario, use of spare parts purchased form grey dealers can result in poor vehicle handling and thus to road accident. This is a serious danger to life of driver and wide public. Warnings about consequences of using counterfeit products have been confirmed by many businessmen and dealers who said: “Fed up to the back teeth with counterfeit spare parts, we want to work directly with manufacturer”. Moreover, KrAZ offers its dealers favorable delivery terms and discount system depending on amount ordered.
On completion of exhibition KrAZ group companies hope to boost sales of spare parts both in domestic and foreign markets.
