This is proved by automotiveindustry quality management system certificate according to ISO / TS 16949:2009 Quality Management Systems. Particular requirements for the application of ISO 9001:2008 for automotive production and relevant service parts organizations issued to KrAZ by International Certification Body DEKRA (Germany). After obtaining this document, “AutoKrAZ” joined the world automotive community. It should be recalled that ISO/TS 16949: 2009 technical specification is aimed at development of quality management system that provides for continual improvement, emphasizing defect prevention and the reduction of variation and waste in the automotive industry supply chain.

Intensive efforts have been taken by all the company’s departments to meet up-to-date requirements of world automotive industry before obtaining this certificate, including two audits conducted by international auditors in June and September of this year.

It should be noted that since 2004 quality management system has been ISO 9001 certified. However, continual improvement of management system processes and improved methods of operation made it possible to implement up-to-date quality management system used at world automotive companies.
