“AutoKrAZ” had to reschedule production plans for January of this year based on operation schedules of its suppliers in the period of traditional New Year holidays. 64 units have been built in compliance with production plan for January. It is an average performance indicator of January for the last 5 years. AWD chassis cabs account for 92 percent of the total number, with platform trucks representing the rest. In the first month of this year the company was focused on fulfillment of foreign trade contracts: 81 percent of products are intended to be exported, the rest is for domestic customers.

Except motor vehicles, Kremenchug Automobile Plant has built three trailers, while in January of previous year no trailers were produced.

Based on the previous month’s performance results Kremenchug Automobile Plant could reach significant growth to UAH 3m in production of spare parts, it grew 2,1 times as compared to the same period of the past year.

Since January 1 2016 Kremenchug Automobile Plant has made an unprecedented move amidst economic recession and political crisis and reduced prices of KrAZ trucks by 20 percent on the average for customers from foreign and former USSR countries. This despite the fact that KrAZ made previous reduction in price of major products in last November, cutting price by 10 percent.   

Production plan for February has been approved, KrAZ staff is committed to rev up production, reduce production costs and save energy sources. Moreover, the plan provides for putting into production new models and improving quality of mass-produced vehicles.
