“AutoKrAZ” participated at InterAgro Complex 2015 held October 27-29. This year the exhibition with 20 000 metres squared exhibition space accommodated a record number of exhibitors, over 300 companies from 10 countries.
The vehicles showcased by “AutoKrAZ”:
- KrAZ-Caravan grain carrier consisting of the KrAZ-6511С4 dump truck and the PCWI-33 trailer based on the WIELTON PS-3 chassis;
- the KrAZ-5401Н2 4х2 versatile light chassis offering maximum commonality with various power packs and superstructures converted into refrigerator truck was presented to the attention of agrarians, mass media personnel and attendees.
Exhibits of “AutoKrAZ” were among the most attended throughout InterAgro Complex exhibition duration. Attendees who showed interest in new KrAZ vehicles included senior officers, top-managers and professionals of agricultural sector from various regions of Ukraine, businessmen and entrepreneurs. Both vehicles caught the fancy of attendees. First of all, they praised its ergonomic working environment for driver, comfort level and functionality of cab, excellent visibility offered by wide windshield and reduced fuel consumption of models on display. Thus, the KrAZ Caravan grain carrier tested in the field by Ukrainian grain corporations was given a high mark by professionals, it attracted agrarians by increased capacity of 75 cu.m., excellent results of in-field tests entered into test reports of L.Pogorelov Research Institute for Future Studies and Agricultural Vehicles and Technologies Testing. They have been impressed with grain carrier performance: reduced average fuel consumption less than 38 l per 100 km, minimum time required for loading and unloading, speed parameters on public roads and rough terrain.
The KrAZ-5401 light chassis was of particular interest for farmers, dairy professionals, meatpackers, industrial bread bakers and supermarket representatives. They liked its excellent maneuverability and tight turning radius of 8,5m, reduced fuel consumption of 28 l/100km and possibility of conversion into various special vehicles needed for preservation of their products during transportation.
Throughout the exhibition a series of meetings and negotiations were held, they resulted in agreements entered into with Ukrainian agricultural companies, businessmen and food processing companies for delivery of agricultural and other KrAZ vehicles for use in agribusiness of the country.
Domestic manufacturer, KrAZ plant, is confident that after recovery from economical and political crisis it will be able to supply new efficient Ukrainian vehicles to the inner market.
