“AutoKrAZ” has shipped another vehicle to Odessa “Municipal Roads” (Public Service Company). The product to be supplied to Odessa is the KrAZ-6511Н4 multi-purpose road maintenance vehicle built by KrAZ in partnership with “Spetsbudmash”, Ukrainian manufacturer of special body structures (Brovary).  This multi-purpose vehicle is provided with demountable sludge pumping, sand spreading, snow removing equipment and broom.

The chassis used for conversion into the road maintenance vehicle is the KrAZ-6511 6х4 three-axle cabover powered by the Weichai WP12/400E40 engine rated at 400 hp and provided with comfortable cab.

The special vehicle can be used all year round due to easy removal/refitting of interchangeable sand spreading and sludge pumping equipment and snow plough with broom.

This is the second delivery in this year made by “AutoKrAZ” to Odessa public service companies. The similar vehicle mounted on the KrAZ-5401 two-axle chassis was delivered to them in April.

Intensive efforts are taken by KrAZ to extend its lineup of vehicles intended for public service companies to increase its share in the domestic market. Various KrAZ vehicles such as garbage trucks, street sweepers, multi-purpose road maintenance vehicles, special vehicles provided with sludge pumping and gully cleaning equipment are used today Kremenchug, Kiev, Donetsk, Vinnitsa and Poltava.  Excellent maneuverability and high cost-effectiveness are the major advantages of KrAZ vehicles for public service sector mentioned by operators.
