Since the beginning of this year “AutoKrAZ” reports 20 percent increase in output as compared to the same period of the previous year. Within January to May period 452 trucks rolled off the main assembly line of Kremenchug Automobile Plant.

The company’s sales went up by 16 percent as compared to a year ago period. 392 trucks have been shipped since the start of the year.

Exported trucks account for 37 percent of the total number of shipped vehicles within the period in question, with 63 percent of total output supplied to the domestic market.  

Except main products, trucks, 2 semi-trailers and 8 trailers (KrAZ workers built 2 semi-trailers and 6 trailers in May) have been manufactured and shipped to customers. No such products were manufactured during the same period of previous year.

May’s output totals to 96 units. Platform trucks account for 95 percent of the total output, chassis cabs for 3 percent, tractor trucks for 2 percent. Most of the previous month’s output, 96 percent, were built under orders of Ukrainian customers, the rest were built for export.

Production Plan of “AutoKrAZ” for June has been shaped, the staff has been made aware of it. Target production figures greatly exceed those of previous months.
