LLC “Trade House RusKrAZ”, dealer of “AutoKrAZ” in Russian Federation, was awarded a contract under the tender for delivery of the KrAZ-6322 6x6 truck with plastic forward tilting bonnet to OAO Lukoil. The truck has been built on time, in accordance with deadline established in tender documents and shipped to the customer, the largest Russian oil company.
The KrAZ-6322 off-road truck has been offered in standard configuration: the YaMZ-6521 inline engine (Euro 4) rated at 362hp with EGR system, the MFZ 430 single disk clutch and the 9JS200TA transmission. The truck is provided with Bel-95 16.00R20tires.
This truck is to be operated by the subsidiary OAO Lukoil EPU Service in Kogalym, Tyumen region. It should be mentioned that this company was the first among Russian companies that purchased a batch of the KrAZ-6322 chassis cabs of the new lineup of conventional trucks provided with aftermarket equipment for well service and workover. Throughout the whole period of operation of special vehicles, no claims were submitted by the customer. On the contrary, the KrAZ trucks are in good standing here: the company’s workers say that KrAZ is the only vehicle that can operate at least 5-6 years in the severe climate of the Far North, while similar vehicles can hardly operate at extremely cold temperatures for 2-3 years.
It is to be recalled that deliveries to Russian Federation account for over 20 percent of total production. The number of vehicles sold to Russian customers since the beginning of the year totals to 157 units, most of them are AWD chassis cabs outfitted with various oil and gas equipment by Russian machine-building plants.
