65 trucks rolled off the main assembly line of “AutoKrAZ” in February, 2,7 times more than in the previous year. “KrAZ” staff considers as an achievement 8,7 percent increase in output from the previous month amid political and economic instability in the country affecting all areas of economy, including automotive industry. Most vehicles were produced to be exported.

The results obtained in the beginning of the year show that “KrAZ” achieved growth in other areas of its production activity. The sales increased 1,5 times as compared to the same period of previous year. “AutoKrAZ” also reported growth in output of products delivered under cooperation agreement. Production of castings for the period in question grew 32,8 percent to a total of  UAH 10,3m.

Currently the situation at the company is stable, departments and assembly line operate 3-4 days per week. Foundry, research workshop, tool shop and a series of other workshops are used 100 percent of their capacity. The staff of the Kremenchug Automobile Plant intends to do its best to reach set goals, including increase of output, mastering production of new products and improving quality of mass-produced models.
