“AutoKrAZ” keeps on introducing advanced technologies and integrate high efficiency equipment.  

To improve quality of parts of front, rear and intermediate reduction gear unit and reduce energy cost and manpower effort, a new DAHLIN MCV-720 drilling and milling centre from GOODWAY (Taiwan) has been installed and commissioned.

The company’s investment is about UAH 1m.

DAHLIN machining centre able to machine 10 000 parts a year in one-shift operation is used for high precision drilling, milling, thread-cutting and boring. Currently this centre is used to machine interwheel differential carriers.

Advantages of new equipment are obvious. It allows not only improving quality of parts and getting annual cost advantage over UAH 500 000 but also replacing 4 worn equipment units. After mastering production of steering linkage rod ends it will be possible to replace another 3 equipment units.

According to specialists, payback period for this equipment is 2,8 years.
