The 15th edition of the International Specialized Exhibition Construction Machinery and Technologies 2014, the world’s largest exhibition for construction machinery and equipment was held June 3-7 in IEC Crocus Expo, Moscow. This annual event is steadily growing: this year the number of exhibitors exceeded 1000 companies.
“AutoKrAZ” that ranks among leading companies worldwide in building construction machinery such as Liebherr, Hitachi, Volvo, Komatsu, Hyundai КАМАZ, МАZ, showcased in partnership with “RusKrAZ”, official importer of KrAZ trucks in Russia its KrAZ Н27.3ЕХ 27-ton 8х8 cabover chassis.
The novelty attracted many visitors to KrAZ’s stand, among which there were journalists of leading metropolitan and regional publications, company’s dealers, entrepreneurs and operators. According to those who carefully examined it, the vehicle is excellent! It is corroborated by the fact that as soon as on the third day of the exhibition this chassis was sold to Russian machinery works to mount crane and was shipped to customer immediately after the exhibition.
The KrAZ Н27.3ЕХ chassis cab is provided with the YaMZ-7511.10 8-cylinders V-engine meeting Euro-3 rated at 400hp coupled with the YaMZ-184 single disk clutch and the YaMZ-2391 transmission with through-type powertrain for better traction.
KrAZ’s stand visitors duly appreciated unique design of the new chassis cab, its excellent cross-country ability allowed by all-wheel drive and its length from back of cab to end of frame.
Attendees also liked Hubei RDGD cab featuring ergonomic design, excellent visibility due to larger windshield and low mounted cab to locate various equipment over the roof.
The results of displaying the KrAZ truck at СТТ 2014 are optimistic and effective amid tensions between both countries. The exhibition showed that the number of Russian KrAZ admirers does not decrease, Russian machine works still prefer KrAZ off road chassis cabs to carry their oil, gas and other heavy equipment.
During СТТ-2014 the company managers conducted a series of negotiations and reached agreement in development of cooperation between “AutoKrAZ” and Russian machine works, freight forwarding and deliveries of special equipment to the Kremenchug Automobile Plant. In addition, they established promising links and discussed a number of issues with potential partners, which gives confidence in strengthening its presence in the market of the Russian Federation.
