“AutoKrAZ” has completed quality audit as part of preparation for certification audit to be carried out by international auditors of DEKRA certification company (Germany) next month. Independent auditors of OOO “Centre of Quality” audited in the period 06 to 08.06.2018 the company’s quality management system processes such as management processes, main and supporting processes, compliance with requirements of standard IATF 16949 concerning workplace in the company’s production facilities.
After audit completion the auditors came to a conclusion that the company saw significant progress in development of quality management system, its processes and professionalism of each employee. They noted improvement in work of many units of assembly and units production departments and compliance with requirements of world automotive standard.
“Centre of Quality” that advised on implementation of standard IATF 16949: 2016 held a series of trainings for the company’s top managers, managers and specialists. Trainings conducted by the Centre employees were focused on Standard IATF Requirements. Risk-Management, Statistical Control of SPC Processes, Measuring Systems Analysis, Quality Economy System, Lean Management, Advanced Product Quality Planning, Internal Auditor an on-the-job training during production process auditing. Except trainings, there was certification of quality management system internal auditors, revision of documented procedures containing requirements to various techniques of works, the company’s quality strategy and policy, improvement of design and process documentation.
It should be recalled that intensive efforts are taken at “AutoKrAZ” to implement Standard IATF 16949: 2016 since 2017. The goal of implementation is to achieve strategic objectives in products quality improvement, production and marketing development. Requirements of this standard apply to every activity directly or indirectly related to automotive production. Standard IATF 16949: 2016 “Fundamental quality management system requirements for automotive production and relevant service parts organizations” contains requirements related to application of the best world practices for production of quality and safe products. Standards for automotive industry make manufacturers to take into account all the risks and effects of vehicles on environment and people. That is why application of this standard is necessary for survival in competitive struggle in the markets and involvement in world automotive industry.
