International Defence Exhibition IDEX 2017, one of the most important events in Middle East came to an end. Traditionally it is held under the auspices of UAE President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, with support from the government and armed forces of the country. Weapons and military vehicles manufacturers and buyers have always paid greater attention to IDEX. “AutoKrAZ”, Ukrainian manufacturer of wide lineup of military vehicles, is its permanent participant.

This year KrAZ showcased its products on some stands, one of them is stand of Streit Group (Canada-UAE), its partner in several successful projects on creation of armored vehicles based on off road KrAZ trucks available in axle configurations 4х4, 6х6 and 8х8. KrAZ products together with products of other defence companies of Ukraine were on display at stand of PC “Ukroboronprom”, moreover, heavy armored vehicle КrАZ-Fiona based on the KrAZ-6322 6х6 off road chassis participated in live demonstration along with other vehicles of world automakers.

Professional army men, worlds leaders, journalists are not all but jest a few attendees of the company’s stand. KrAZ top managers note increased number of exhibition attendees, rising interest in the company’s military products both mass produced and advanced. They emphasize particular attention to new strategic pathway, development of armored vehicles lineup treated as high priority last few years. Exhibition results exceed expectations. The company’s managers negotiated with existing partners and outlined joint projects for the future. “AutoKrAZ” added new partners and signed partnership agreement with them.

The company considers participation at IDEX 2017 one of the most important and significant moments in promotion of its vehicles in Middle East.
